PRAYER AND FASTING

"But the Lord God called to the man, 'Where are you?'" — Genesis 3:9 This week, our church family is stepping into a dedicated season of fasting and prayer, anchored by the profound question God asks in Genesis 3:9: "Where are you?" When God spoke these words to Adam in the garden, He wasn't looking for a geographic location—He was asking for a spiritual check-in. In the rush of our modern lives, it is incredibly easy to drift, grow distracted, or even hide behind our daily routines just as Adam hid among the trees. Fasting is our intentional choice to quiet the noise and step out of hiding. By stepping away from our regular comforts—whether that means fasting from food, media, or other distractions—we create space to honestly answer God's question and evaluate where we stand in our relationship with Him. We warmly invite you to join us in this spiritual reset. Let this be a time of deep reflection, repentance, and returning to His presence. As we strip away the excess, let's answer His call together with open hearts: "Here I am, Lord."
